1. What payment methods do you accept?
Orders are paid in cash upon delivery. In Belgrade, deliveries are handled by our in-house couriers. For other cities in Serbia, packages are sent via a courier service.
2. How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 2–3 business days.
3. What is the shipping cost?
• Belgrade: 300–600 RSD, depending on the distance from the city center.
• Other cities in Serbia: The cost is determined by the courier service, based on package weight and cash-on-delivery value. On average, the shipping cost is approximately 500 RSD.
4. How do I care for my espadrilles?
Gently wipe them with a dry cloth and use a suede brush for deeper cleaning. We recommend applying a protective suede spray before first wear to reduce staining. Please note: espadrilles are not waterproof.
5. What sizes are available?
Espadrilles are available in sizes 36 to 41. They fit true to size.
6. Can I exchange them?
Yes, exchanges for a different size or color are possible within 7 days of purchase. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
7. What are they made of?
Each pair is handcrafted from premium suede leather and set on a natural braided jute sole with a slip-resistant rubber base.
